Newsletters, along with community information, including important updates related to road maintenance and Cedar Point Corporate Communications.

All Cedar Point Peninsula property owners are eligible for membership and shall have voting privileges for board member selection at the annual meeting. Annual Dues $95.

Cedar Point Property Owners Association Mission
The purpose of the Association shall be to unite for their common good all the owners of residential real estate on the Cedar Point Peninsula of Sandusky, Ohio, and to further their interests as property owners in this location to the end that this section of the City of Sandusky, Ohio shall be a desirable residential area.
